Cancellation Policy
1. Clients can book sessions up to 4 weeks in advance. 2. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. 3. Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. 4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded. 5. Clients can reschedule their session up to 12 hours before the start time. 6. Payment details are required at the time of booking. 7. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
